Flour, Butter, Eggs, Sugar is a home baking podcast started in November 2020 by me, Kate, in my small London kitchen. I was inspired by the Preheated baking podcast and how many different baking projects I had tried under lockdown. I’m a passionate home baker who obsesses about textures and flavour combinations. (I like cooking, too, but not quite as much as baking!) My favourite things to bake with are nuts, chocolate, berries, cultured dairy products, spices and copious amounts of butter. I’m hoping to build an inclusive online space where people share successes and failures, learn together and celebrate our love of baking.
